If you are pregnant, you want to be sure you and your baby are healthy. We can help you:
- Find a doctor, midwife or nurse
- Apply for quality health insurance you can afford
- Find pregnancy testing, prenatal care or maternity support services
- Find family planning or birth control information
Pregnant women may be eligible for free health insurance through the First Steps Program.

*A pregnant woman counts as a family size of two (2).
Income limits are valid through March 2010.
Certain expenses can be deducted, so families who earn more than this may still qualify. Please call CHAP to discuss your personal situation.
